摘要
设计了一种基于组态王软件的流体管道监测控制系统。上位机利用组态王的开发环境和类C语言编程环境实现了动画和数据显示、数据记录和处理、故障报警以及远程控制等功能;下位机主要由IPAM数据采集模块、传感器组和液压阀组构成。上下通信采用ModBus协议通过ZigBee通信模块实现数据无线传输,上位机通过实时获取下位机采集的温度、压力和流量数据控制液压阀组的运动,以满足系统的要求。系统经多次试验调试,已投入使用,运行状态稳定。
A fluid pipeline monitoring and control system based on Kingview software is designed.The upper computer realizes the functions of animation and data display,data recording and processing,fault alarm and remote control by using Kingview's development environment and C language programming environment, and the lower computer is mainly composed of IPAM data acquisition module.Sensor group and hydraulic valve group eonstitute.The upper and lower communication adopts modbus protocol to realize wireless data transmission through .ZigBee communication-module,and the upper computer can obtain the temperature, pressure and flow data collected by the lower computer in real time to control the movement of hydraulic valve group,so as to realize the requirement of the system.After many tests and debugging,the system has been put into use and the running state is stable.
