My View on Pesticide License

通过学习领会新修订《农药管理条例》及《农药经营许可实施办法》等配套规章,结合我省经营许可中存在问题,提出了:1.要加强学习,提高许可评审专业技术水平和监管能力; 2.要加强宣传培训,进一步提高经营人员素质; 3.要开展督导检查,加大打击力度的治理对策。

Through studying and comprehending the newly relevant regulations such as Pesticide Management Ordinance and Implementation measures for pesticide business license. and combining with the existing problems in the operation license of our province,this paper puts forward that it is the first point should be strengthened our study to improve the professional technical level and supervision ability of license review; the second point should be strengthened publicity and training to further improve the quality of operators; The last should be to carry out supervision and inspection and strengthen the governance countermeasures.
