鸡脾水解液对鸡淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞免疫调节的影响 被引量:1

Effects of chicken spleen hydrolysate on immune regulation of lymphocytes and macrophages in chicken

摘要 为了定量研究鸡脾水解液对鸡的免疫增强功能,将SPF鸡随机分为4组,按高、中、低剂量分别灌服鸡脾水解液,并设立空白对照组来测定不同剂量鸡脾水解液对鸡T淋巴细胞数量的影响;将SPF鸡随机分为两组,采用鸡脾水解液点眼滴鼻的方式考察其对鸡巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果表明:鸡脾水解液在持续用药第7天和第14天,所有接种组的T淋巴细胞百分率均显著高于空白对照组,其中高剂量组比对照组高约30百分点,差异极显著(P<0.01);停服后第7天,高剂量组T淋巴细胞百分率仍高于对照组约10百分点,差异显著(P<0.05)。通过碳廓清试验证实了鸡脾水解液还能明显提高巨噬细胞吞噬指数,试验组在点眼滴鼻鸡脾水解液后第2天和第5天巨噬细胞吞噬指数增长率比对照组分别高36.61百分点和29.54百分点。说明鸡脾水解液具有免疫增强的功能。 The aim of the present study was to quantitatively study the immune enhancement function of chicken spleen hydrolysate on chicken. The SPF chickens were randomly divided into four groups, respectively, according to high, medium and low doses of chicken spleen hydrolysate, and set up a blank control group. The effects of different doses of chicken spleen hydrolysate on the number of chicken T lymphocytes were determined. The SPF chickens were randomly divided into two groups. The effect of chicken spleen hydrolysate on phagocytic function of chicken macrophage was investigated by using the method of eye and nose drop of chicken spleen hydrolysate. The results showed that the percentage of T lymphocyte in all the inoculated groups was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 7 th and 14 th day of continuous administration of chicken spleen hydrolysate. Among them, the high dose group was about 30 percentage points higher than the control group, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01). On the 7 th day after stopping administration, the percentage of T lymphocyte in the high dose group was still 10 percentage points higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The results of carbon clearance test showed that the hydrolysate of chicken spleen could obviously increase the phagocytic index of macrophage. The phagocytic index of macrophage in the experimental group was 36.61 percentage points and 29.54 percentage points higher than that of the control group on the 2 nd and 5 th day, respectively. The results indicated that the hydrolysate of chicken spleen had the function of immune enhancement.
