环状RNA及其在猪上的研究进展

摘要 环状RNA (circular RNA,circRNA)是由前体mRNA经过反向剪接形式形成的共价闭合的环形RNA分子。circRNA可以作为miRNA "海绵"调控靶基因的表达,也可作为蛋白诱饵参与转录和翻译。circRNA在哺乳动物细胞中具有稳定性、富集性、内源性以及保守性,其表达具有组织和时空特异性,并具有多种生物学功能。本文综述了环状RNA的种类、分子特性、在线数据库及在猪上的最新研究进展,有助于开展circRNA对猪经济性状的调控作用及分子机制研究,为猪的遗传改良奠定基础。 Circular RNA (circRNA)is a covalently closed circular RNA molecule produced from pre-mRNA back splicing,circRNA can act as a miRNA "sponge"to regulate the expression of its target gene,and also as a protein decoy to participate in transcription and translation.Besides,circRNA is stable,enriching,endogenous and conservative in mammalian cells.Its expression is tissue-and space-time specific,and it has multiple biological functions.This paper reviews the species,molecular characteristics,online database of and studies on circRNA in pigs,which may be helpful in researching the mechanism of circRNA on porcine economic traits and lay a foundation for genetic modification of porcine.
