银黄二陈合剂提取工艺优化的研究 被引量:5

Study on the optimizing extraction technique of Yinhunag erchen mixture

摘要 为了研究中药复方制剂银黄二陈合剂的最佳提取工艺,试验采用正交试验方法,以黄芩苷、绿原酸的含量和干膏得率(或药液体积)为评价指标考察了其提取工艺参数,并对试验结果进行了中试生产验证。结果表明:中药复方制剂银黄二陈合剂的最佳提取工艺条件为除黄芩外,其余5味加处方量的8倍量水,加热至沸腾后加入黄芩,再次沸腾后开始计时,回流提取2次,每次2h。该工艺合理可行,适用于中药复方制剂银黄二陈合剂的提取。 To study the optimum extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations Yinhuang erchen mixture, the orthogonal test and pilot production validation test were used to examine the extraction parameters according to the content of baicalin chlorogenic acid and the dry paste yield (or liquid volume) , and the test results were verified by pilot scale production for the best extraction process. The results showed that the best extraction conditions of the traditional Chinese medicine compound Yinhuang erchen mixture were: except for the Scutellaria, the other five flavors were added 8 times the amount of water, heated to boiling and then added with scutellaria. After boiling again the timing began, then reflux extracted two times, each time for 2 hours. The results indicate that the technique of extraction process are reasonable and practical, which is suitable for the extraction of Chinese medicine compound preparations Yinhuang erchen mixture.
