Regional Exploration and Countermeasures for High Quality Development——Summary of Viewpoints on the 9th Central Plains Think Tanks Forum

中国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,推动高质量发展成为当前和今后一个时期确定发展思路,制定经济政策,实施宏观调控的基本要求。新时代新矛盾新目标下需要准确把握推进区域高质量发展的理论逻辑与科学内涵,明晰推动区域高质量发展的主攻方向,因地制宜探索区域高质量发展的有效路径,并从加强党的组织领导、构建创新政策体系、完善监督保障机制等方面着手,加快推进区域高质量发展。

China's economy has changed from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development. Promoting high-quality development has become the basic requirement of defining development ideas,formulating economic policies and implementing macro-control at present and in the future.In view of the theoretical logic and scientific connotation of promoting regional high quality in the new period,this paper puts forward that we should explore the development mode and path of regional high quality according to local conditions,rationally define the main direction of promoting regional high quality development,and strengthen the Party's organizational leadership, construct an innovation policy system and improve it.We should speed up the development of regional quality by monitoring and guaranteeing mechanisms.
