冯松杰教授运用连朴饮合五苓散治疗湿热证肾系疾病经验

在临床上肾系疾病中常见湿热为患,阐述湿热之邪在肾系疾病发生发展中的作用,搜集了肾系疾病中淋证以及肾劳两则辨证当属湿热证的案例进行验证。在临床治疗肾系疾病时,应重视湿热之邪,并须分清虚实。导师冯松杰教授合用连朴饮、五苓散两方治疗肾系诸病属湿热症者,通过中医辨证论治及相应治则治法,临床治疗效果良好,为临床辨证提供思路。

Damp-heat syndrome is common in clinical kidney disease,the role of damp-heat syndrome in the development of kidney diseases is described.Kidney diseases included stranguria and kidney overstrain were collected syndrome differentiation to treat belongs to damp-heat syndrome for verification.In the clinical treatment of renal diseases,attention should be paid to the damp-heat syndrome and distinguish between deficiency and excess.
