樊志敏教授运用补中益气汤治疗肛门坠胀

肛门坠胀是肛肠科的常见疾病,作为一种症状,肛门坠胀也可伴发于多种疾病。其病因非常复杂,常常反复发作,久治难愈,对患者的生理和心理均造成伤害,严重影响患者的生活质量。肛门坠胀与中医所说"后重"相类,樊志敏教授认为治疗肛门坠胀首先应辨明病因,对症施治;功能性肛门坠胀多见于中老年女性,多与气虚有关,患者平素脾胃虚弱,脾为后天之本,脾虚则元气不足,清阳不升,中气下陷,遂发为本病。因此,对于功能性肛门坠胀的治疗应注重后天之本,运用补法,选用补中益气汤为主方;辅以疏肝行气、活血导滞,取得了一定的临床疗效。
