自拟中药汤剂结合体位排石治疗胆囊泥沙样结石

TCM decoction combined with postural reuse purgation in the treatment of gallbladder stone sand like stone

目的探讨自拟中药汤剂结合排石体位治疗胆囊泥沙样结石临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月-2017年10月于我院进行治疗的82例胆囊泥沙样结石患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组40例和治疗组42例,对照组口服排石利胆颗粒(江西铜鼓仁和制药有限公司),治疗组口服自拟中药汤剂,结合体位排石治疗,疗程为2周,观察2组患者治疗前后胆囊结石排出情况及肝功能变化。结果治疗组排石总有效率为97.61%,对照组为67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆汁酸(TBA)与对照组相比均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论自拟中药汤剂结合体位排石具有疏肝利胆排石及保肝降酶作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self made Chinese medicine decoction combined with lithiasis position in the treatment of gallbladder sediment stone.Methods 82 cases of cholecystolithiasis in our hospital in January 2013-October 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into 40 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with Paishi Lidan granule (Jiangxi Tonggu Renhe Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.).The treatment group was given the decoction of Chinese medicine decoction combined with standing row stone therapy.The course of treatment was two weeks. Changes in liver function and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were observed in the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate was 97.61% in the treatment group and 67.50%in the control group (P<0.05).The alanine aminotransferase ALT and Tianmen were observed in the observation group after the treatment.Aspartate aminotransferase AST,total bilirubin TBIL,alkaline phosphatase ALP,and total bile acid TBA were all significantly reduced compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Self-made Chinese herbal decoction combined with position rowing stone has the function of protecting liver and reducing enzyme and relieving hepatic gallbladder and rowing.
