摘要
通过调研分析了高层住宅小区消防安全风险,建立了高层住宅小区火灾风险评价事故树模型,并从技术和管理层面提出了火灾预防措施,为高层住宅小区火灾预防和风险控制提供了参考。
Based on the fire safety survey of high-rise residential quarters in Loudi City, Hunan Province, the fire risk were analyzed from four aspects of fire safety management, building fire prevention features, fire facilities and equipments, and firefighting and rescue. Accordingly a fault tree model for fire risk assessment of high-rise residential quarter was established. The minimum cut set, minimum path set of the model and importance priority of basic events were obtained through qualitative analysis. Also the fire prevention measures were raised to provide reference for fire protection and risk control in high-rise residential areas.
