我国经济体制改革历经40年,执政党的改革初心是明确的。但很多人对改革的根本目的、改革的具体内容、改革的基本任务、改革的最终目标等问题及其相互关系一直认识不清。经济体制、经济制度、基本经济制度具有对立统一的辩证关系。必须把握根本经济制度的主导地位,正确理解经济制度选择怎样的经济体制是基于其要解决的社会生产力发展最急迫的问题。我国经济体制改革具有多层次目标,而根本目的是发展和完善社会主义根本制度。

After 40years of reform of China's economic system,the ruling party has been clear about its original intention.However,many people-have been unclear about the fundamental purpose,specific contents,basic tasks and ultimate goals of reform and their interrelationships.The economic mechanisms,economic systems and basic economic systems are in a dialectical relationship of unity of opposites.It is necessary to grasp the dominant position of the fundamental economic system,and the correct understanding of the economic system and the selection of the economic mechanism are based on the most urgent problems of social productivity that need to be solved.China's economic system reform has multiple levels of goals,and the fundamental purpose is to develop and improve the fundamental system of socialism.
