血压晨峰与心率减速力相关性研究

Association between Morning Blood Presssure Surge and heart rate deceleration capacity in patients with Essential Hypertension

目的探讨原发性高血压人群中晨峰现象与心率减速力(DC)、心率变异性(HRV)的关系。方法研究对象为原发性高血压患者100例,行动态血压检查,将其分为晨峰组(MBPS)20例和非晨峰组(NMBPS)80例,行动态心电图检测,分析心率变异性(HRV)和心率减速力(DC)等结果。结果晨峰组的DC、LVDd、XH2h、smls均保持较高的水平,显著高于非晨峰组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。MBPS与XH2h、smls、DC、LVDS、SDNN呈正相关。结论高血压患者中的晨峰现象,心率变异性和心率减速力是相互独立又密切相关的,血压有晨峰现象的高血压患者的DC的指标绝对数值下降更明显,血压晨峰与心率变异性、心率减速力具有相关性。

Objective To study the relation Morning Blood Presssure Surge and heart rate deceleration capacity and heart rate variability in 100 patients with Essential Hypertension.Methods Accodring to the results of 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,we dividerd selected 100 patients into the morning blood pressure surge group (MBPS group),20 cases and the morning blood pressure normal group (NMBPS group),80 cases.DC and HRV were detected in 100 patients with Essential Hypertension by using 24h dynamic electrocardiogram.Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that DC negatively correlated with age,DC positively correlated with LVDD,between NMBPS and MBPS group.There was no significant difference in DC,AC and HRV between NMBPS and MBPS group,but MBPS Autonomic nerve index reducing ismore obvious that NMBPS.Conclusions The morning blood pressure surge and HRV,DC are Independent and closely related in patients with essential hypertension.HRV values and DC values were significantly decreased in patients with essential hypertension.It also indicates that autonomous nerve function was damaged seriously.It means that sympathetic tone was increased.
