砧木叶片数对套管嫁接下番茄的成活率、生长发育及产量的影响

摘要 以"线虫绝3号"抗根结线虫番茄砧木及"牟番1号"接穗番茄为试材,利用斜切套管嫁接方法进行嫁接,采用保留不同砧木叶片数(1~5片)的方法,比较了不同处理番茄嫁接的成活率、株高、茎粗、产量及品质等指标,综合分析了砧木保留叶片数斜切套管嫁接番茄方法的适用性,以期为番茄套管嫁接栽培技术的推广提供技术支持。结果表明:砧木保留3片叶效果最好,嫁接成活率最高,为94.9%;番茄茎粗最大,为1.498cm;总产量比未嫁接增产30%以上,该方法适合在番茄生产中推广应用。 Resistant to root-knot nematodes ‘Xianchongjue 3’ and the scion variety of tomato ‘Noufan 1’ were used as test materials.The grafting survival rate,plant height,stem thickness,yield and qualities of tomatoes were investigated in different leaves of rootstock (by 1-5 leaves),in order to spply reforence for popularization of grafting of miscut with casing.The results indicated that three leaves of rootstock was the best reaction conditions,the grafting survival rate was the highest,reached 94.9%,the stem thickness was the best,reached 1.498 cm,yield increased by 30% compared with no grafting which was suitable for planting.
