摘要
翻转课堂教学范式通过颠倒知识传授和知识内化两个重要教学环节,真正实现了"以学生为中心"和"以学习为中心"的个性化教学目标,对发挥应用型本科高校的现实作用具有重大意义。本文针对教师在实施翻转课堂教学过程中的困惑进行反思,探讨"翻转课堂"环境下教师角色的新定位。
Flipped Classroom,encouraging "student-centered"and "learning-centered",inverts the typical cycle of content acquisition and application,which is helpful to realize personalized teach- ing objectives.Thus it is of great significance to exert,realistic function on application-oriented university.Based on analyzing difficulties faced by teaching practice,the article comes up with strategies for enhancing the efficiency of flipped classroom teaching mode.
