机场净空保护区障碍物超限评价方法研究

Research on Obstacle Assessment Method in Airport Clearance Protection Area

机场管理机构开展净空巡查时,需要对发现的疑似超过净空限制面高度的物体进行测量,获取精确的经纬度坐标和高程。对于塔吊、水塔、高大树木等难以登顶的物体,利用RTK、全站仪,运用前方交会法实测疑似超高物体的经纬度坐标,再用三角高程法实测其高程。工程实例证明,利用RTK、全站仪进行现场实测,推算出疑似障碍物的坐标和高程后,导入地理信息系统,可以快速准确地判断所属的限制面,进而采用该限制面的标准判断其是否超过限制面的限高。

When carrying out clearance inspections,airport managers need to measure the objects that are of potential possibility to exceed the clearance height,get the precise longitude and latitude coordinates and elevations.For tower cranes,water towers,tall trees and other tall objects that are difficult to reach the top,RTK and total station,forward intersection method is used to measure the longitude and latitude coordinates of suspected super high objects,and the height is measured by trigonometric leveling.The engineering examples show that,measured by RTK,total station,to calculate the coordinates and elevation of suspected obstacles after the introduction of geographic information systems,can quickly and accurately determine the limit surface,and then use the limit of the standard to judge whether the surface exceeds the limit high limit.
