地佐辛联合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术中的临床效果及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of dezocine combined with propofol in painless artificial abortion

目的探讨地佐辛联合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产术患者中的临床效果及安全性,为无痛人工流产术中的麻醉方案的选择提供理论依据。方法选取2017年6月-2018年5月福田区妇幼保健院收治的211例拟实施无痛人工流产手术的患者作为研究对象,根据麻醉方案的不同将患者分为观察组(地佐辛+丙泊酚)102例和对照组(芬太尼+丙泊酚)109例,比较两组患者的麻醉效果、各临床指标水平、各时点的血压\心率(HR)以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者麻醉总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术中丙泊酚用量、手术时间、定向力恢复时间、术后苏醒时间及术后10minVAS评分均明显低于对照组患者,麻醉后SpO2值明显高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。T1及T2时点观察组患者的SBP、DBP及HR水平明显低于同时点的对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产术患者采用地佐辛及丙泊酚复合麻醉的临床效果较突出,安全性良好。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of dezocine combined with propofol in painless artificial abortion,provide a theoretical basis for selection of anesthesia schemes in painless artificial abortion. Methods A total of 211 patients preparing for painless artificial abortion were selected from Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Futian District from June 2017 to May 2018,then they were divided into observation group( 102 patients treated by dezocine combined with propofol) and control group( 109 patients treated by fentanyl combined with propofol) according to anesthesia scheme. The anesthetic effects,levels of clinical indicators,blood pressures,heart rates( HR) at different times,the incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( P<0. 05). The dosage of propofol during operation,operation time,recovery time of directional force,postoperative recovery time,and VAS score at 10 minutes after operation in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group( P<0. 05). Sp O2 level after anesthesia in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( P<0. 01). The levels of SBP,DBP,and HR at T1 and T2 time points in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group( P< 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of dezocine combined with propofol in painless artificial abortion is significant,and the safety is high.
