Forty Years of Rule of Law of Compulsory Education:To Try to Let Every Child Enjoys Fair and Good Quality Education

保护公民的义务教育权是义务教育法治的核心。本文以义务教育权保障为中心,梳理《义务教育法》制定与修改的历史。通过改革开放四十年义务教育法治的沿革,勾勒出义务教育权受到越来越充分保障的主线。回应新时代提出的"努力让每个孩子都能享有公平而有质量的教育"要求,持续推进义务教育良法善治,更好地保障公民的义务教育权。

To protect the right to compulsory education of citizens is the center of education law. This article centers the protection of right to compulsory education,and analyzes the history of formulation and revision of compulsory education law.Moreover,this paper also outlines a mean line of the right to compulsory education getting more and more protection through the evolution of forty years of the development of education law.Education law should respond to the demand that "to try to let every child enjoy fair and good quality education"of new era;continue to promote good law and ruling of compulsory education,and to ensure citizens'rights to compulsory education.
