低气味环保型木香树脂的研制

摘要 研究了木质素对呋喃树脂性能的影响,获得了木质素改性的木香树脂。探索了木质素加入量对树脂性能的影响,研究结果表明:木质素加入量达到3%,可将呋喃树脂中游离甲醛含量降至0.1%,造型过程中甲醛气味显著降低。此外,还对木质素改性后的理化指标进行了测定,对改性后树脂的抗拉强度等工艺性能也进行了研究。测试结果表明,木质素加入量为6%时,树脂游离甲醛为0%,粘度22.67 m Pa·s,水分7.65%,抗拉强度为2.08 MPa,木质素加入后树脂的反应活性有所提高,脱模时间短于未改性的呋喃树脂。 Lignin effect on the properties of furan resin was studied, a combination of modified lignin resin was obtained. The effect on the properties of resin for the amount of lignin was explored, and the physical and chemical indicators of lignin modification were determined, the process properties such as tensile strength of the modified resin were studied. The results show that the lignin content of 3%, furan resin can be down to 0.1% , free formaldehyde content in modelling process significantly reduce the formaldehyde smell. Free formaldehyde, the amount of lignin resin, the viscosity, moisture and the tensile strength are 6%, 0%, 22.67 mPa·s, 7.65% and 2.08 MPa, respectively. The reactivity of lignin modified furan resin is improved, and the demoulding time is shorter than that of unmodified.
