摘要
通过调整成分、优化冶炼工艺和热处理工艺,改善球墨铸铁铸态QT400-18的显微组织,进而提高其综合力学性能。分析球墨铸铁组织性能,检测试样热处理后力学性能。结果表明,优化冶炼和热处理工艺后,球墨铸铁QT400-18的组织和力学性能有明显的改善,抗拉强度和伸长率高于牌号标准,硬度135~180 HB,-60℃低温冲击性能达到12 J以上。
By adjusting the chemical composition and optimizing smelting and heat treatment process, the QT400-18 nodular cast iron was prepared, the microstructure and comprehensive mechanical properties were improved. Microstructure and mechanical properties of nodular cast iron were analyzed, and mechanics properties of sample after heat treatment were tested. The results show that after optimizing smelting and heat treatment process, the microstructure and mechanical properties of nodular cast iron QT400-18 improved obviously, and the tensile strength and elongation are higher than the standard, hardness is HB 135-180, low temperature impact performance at -60 ℃ reaches more than 12 J.
