摘要
主要研究了铸造厂生产过程中废气的集中收集方式,并针对废气中污染物(颗粒物、非甲烷总烃、VOCs、苯系物等)的治理措施进行了论述。结果表明,通过对废气的集中收集与合理处置,可以保证铸造厂废气排放满足现行国家、行业及地方相关环保要求,实现了绿色、环保生产。
The centralized collection method of waste gas in the production process of foundry was mainly studied, and the treatment measures of pollutants in the waste gas (particulate matter, non-methane total hydrocarbon, VOCs, benzene series, etc.) was discussed. The results show that through the centralized collection and reasonable disposal of waste gas, the waste gas emission of foundry can meet the current national, industrial and local environmental protection requirements, and achieve green and environmentally friendly production.
