摘要
大型铸件的浇、冒口切割是铸造工艺过程中铸件清理的重要工序。对于大型铸钢件,近年来主要采用天然气或者氧乙炔火焰气割。为了防止铸件浇、冒口气割中产生较大的铸造应力,气割必须在高温环境下进行。由于受高温、粉尘及铸件的结构形状、尺寸的限制,往往只能依靠工人手持特制加长型割枪气割。为减轻工人劳动强度,改善劳动条件,提高气割效率,根据企业要求,设计研制出新式的、多自由度、半自动气割装备,满足了企业的需求,并且申报了国家实用新型专利。
The pouring and riser cutting of large castings was an important process for casting cleaning during the casting process.
