摘要
改革开放40年来,我国高校思想政治工作经历了从拨乱反正到整体构建、从整体构建到科学育人、从科学育人到协同推进的三大跨越,在不断加强与改进中取得了巨大成就。改革开放初期,高校思想政治工作处于拨乱反正、逐步恢复、曲折前进的阶段,经过十几年的发展,高校思想政治工作完成了从拨乱反正到整体构建的跨越,系统落实德育目标,构建高校德育体系。进入21世纪之后,在科学发展观的指导下,高校思想政治工作完成了从整体构建到科学育人的跨越,坚持育人为本,德育为先,全面加强和改进大学生思想政治教育。党的十八大以来,高校思想政治工作进入协同推进阶段,坚持师生并重,协同创新,全方位育人,全过程育人,合力推进高校思想政治工作创新。
During the 40 years of the reform and opening-up,the ideological and political work at China's colleges and universities has experienced three big leaps,that is,from bringing order out of chaos to integrative construction,from integrative construction to scientific education,and from scientific education to coordinated advance,with great achievement in the process of constant enhancement and improvement in this field.At the beginning of the reform and opening-up,the ideological and political work at colleges and universities was in the stage of bringing order out of chaos and gradual recovery,advancing with twists and turns.After over ten years of development,the leap from bringing order out of chaos to integrative construction was completed,the goals of moral education were systematically realized,and the system of moral education was constructed.After entering the 21st century and under the guidance of scientific outlook on development,the leap from integrative construction to scientific education was completed,in which the ideological and political education of university students in an all round way was strengthened and improved,with adherence to the human-centered education and the priority of moral education.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC),this work has entered the stage of coordinated advancement,which always pays equal attention to both teachers and students with coordinated innovation,and all round and all-process education,thus carrying forward the innovation in ideological and political work at colleges and universities with joint forces.
