共享经济分析框架的构建及应用研究

The Construction and Application Research of the Analytical Frame of Sharing Economy from Economic Angle

近年来市场中产生了很多的共享经济模式及产品,共享经济也受到了越来越多的关注。本文从公共经济学、产权经济学、博弈论与信息经济学的基本概念和原理出发,对共享经济的产品特征、价格机制、交易成本、社会福利、政策选择等基本问题进行了比较系统的梳理。在此基础上,文章构建了一个共享经济的一般分析框架,并且以共享专车为案例分析了共享经济发展过程中各参与方的行为,特别是对政府政策选择的演变过程、原因和结果作了比较深入的分析,并总结出了一些对于一般共享经济发展中政府的行为选择有政策意义的结论。

In recent years,lots of sharing economy models and products have been produced in the market,and sharing economy has received more and more attention.This article is based on such concepts and principles which about public economics,property right economics,game theory and information economics.It sorts out the principle of the Shared economic product features,price mechanism,transaction cost,social welfare and policy choice.On the basis,this article constructs a general analysis framework of sharing economy,and taking the case of sharing private car to analyzed the behavior of each participant in the development of sharing economy,especially the evolution process,causes and results of the government’s policy choice.It also summarizes some conclusions which have policy significance to the behavior choice of government in the general sharing economy development.
