摘要
通过文献研究和理论分析来阐述医药产业技术创新体系本地化的内涵和特征,构建评价指标体系,采用区位熵、空间变异系数和时间变异系数计算医药产业技术创新体系的本地集聚性、区域异质性和本地稳定性水平,综合计算得到我国医药产业技术创新体系本地化水平。结果表明,2006—2015年我国医药产业技术创新体系本地化总体水平呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,在2012年达到峰值后急剧下降,本地化总体水平仍比较低,企业的集聚并没有充分带动创新的集聚。各地医药产业技术创新体系本地化水平差异大,浙江、江苏、山东位居全国前三,辽宁、安徽和北京是全国26个省份中本地化水平最低的3个区域。
Through literature research and theoretical analysis,the connotation and characteristics of the localization of the technological innovation system for pharmaceutical industry in China were expounded,and an indicator system for evaluation was constructed.Location quotient,spatial coefficient of variance and time coefficient of variance were used to calculate local agglomeration,regional heterogeneity and local stability of the technological innovation system for pharmaceutical industry separately.The comprehensive calculation obtained the localization level of the technological innovation system for China's pharmaceutical industry.The results show a trend of rising first and then falling from 2006 to 2015 for the overall level of localization of the technological innovation system for China's pharmaceutical industry which has dropped sharply since 2012.The overall level of localization is still relatively low currently,and the agglomeration of enterprises has not fully brought about the agglomeration of innovation.The localization level of the technological innovation system for the pharmaceutical industry varies greatly among regions.Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Shandong rank the top three,and Liaoning,Anhui and Beijing are the three regions with the lowest localization level among 26 provinces.
