胃肠道微生态和胰腺疾病
摘要
人体胃肠道微生态受到出生方式、喂养习惯、饮食、药物、应激、地域、年龄等多种因素的影响。胃肠道微生态参与机体的物质代谢、炎症信号通路转导、调控适应性免疫、维持肠道的完整性、保护机体免受致病菌损伤。微生态的失衡与人体胃肠道疾病、糖尿病、肥胖、代谢综合征、自身免疫性疾病及肿瘤等相关,尤其是在人体胃肠道等多种疾病中触发了重要的病理进程。而胃肠道微生态与胰腺疾病的研究也引起了学者们的关注。
