Summary of the Higher Education Development Forum of the National Academy of Educational Administration

国家教育行政学院高等教育发展论坛以纪念改革开放四十周年为主题,围绕大学治理、大学精神、人才培养、对外开放等四个议题,近百位高校领导畅谈了我国高等教育取得的成就,梳理面临的挑战,展望了未来的发展。经过四十年的改革与发展,高等教育的中国特色已经形成,高等教育的国际影响力逐步提升。为更好担负起时代赋予的责任与使命,高校必须坚持党的领导,落实立德树人根本任务,确保人才培养质量持续得到提高。

To commemorate 40 years of reform and opening-up,the forum focused on four topics: Governance,spirit,talent cultivation and openning-up.Nearly 100 university leaders talked about the achievements of Chinese higher education in the past forty years,sorted out the challenges and prospected the future.After forty years'development,the Chinese characteristics of higher education have been formed, and the international influence of higher education has been gradually enhanced.In order to better shoulder the responsibility and mission entrusted by the times,colleges and universities must adhere to the leadership of the Party,carry out the fundamental task of building up people by moral values,and ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of personnel training.
