摘要
近年来互联网与物联网的蓬勃发展,"智慧"概念正被越来越多的国家与公众所接受。本文以浙江省科技馆的场馆数字运营管理系统建设中,已运营近一年的APP服务管理平台的构架和实施为例,按照场馆日常运营服务与管理模式的共性,设计了面向社会公众的访客端与面向馆内工作人员的管理端,分析APP在提供基于数据应用服务的同时,如何带动科普场馆信息产业在运营方面的可持续发展。
With the rapid development of Internet economy and urbanization of"intelligence"is being accepted by more and more countries and the public. The paper takes the framework and application of the APP service and management platform(it belongs to the construction of digital operation and management system for zhejiang science of technology museum and has been in operation for nearly one year)as an example. In line with commonalities of the routine operation service and management pattern, visitor terminals are designed for the public, and management terminals are designed for the working staff. The paper also comes up with some ideas concerning how to apply digital services to the operation of science popularization venue and make it develop in a sustainable way.
