摘要
采用MCOP(modified contact oxidation process)反应器处理市政污水,通过调整进水流量,考察水力停留时间及反应器中污泥浓度变化对污染物去除效果的影响。研究表明:MCOP反应器处理市政污水的水力停留时间为11.2 h时,出水ρ(COD)能够稳定在50 mg/L以下,COD负荷为0.43 kg/(m^3·d),出水ρ(NH_3-N)稳定在5 mg/L以下,该两项指标均能满足GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准的要求。MCOP反应器污泥浓度可达7 316 mg/L,远高于一般曝气池。
In this study,a MCOP (modified contact oxidation process)reactor was used to dispose municipal waste.water,and the influences of hydraulic retention time and the change of sludge concentration in the reactor on the pollutants removal effect were investigated by adjusting the inlet flow.The'study showed that when the hydraulic retention time of MCOP reactor for municipal wastewater treatment was 11.2h,the COD in effluent could be stabilized below 50mg/L,the load was 0.43kg/ (m^3.d),and the NH3-N in effluent was stabilized at 5mg/L,both of which conformed to the Level 1A criteria of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002).The sludge concentration of the MCOP reactor can reach 7316mg/L,which is considerably higher than that of the general aeration tank.
