兰州市交通限行措施机动车尾气减排量核算及空间分布 被引量:3

CALCULATION AND SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF VEHICLE EXHAUST EMISSION REDUCTIONS BY TRAFFIC RESTRICTION MEASURES IN LANZHOU

摘要 运用排放系数法建立2016年兰州市道路移动源排放清单,并利用GIS技术和机动车速度-流量模型估算得到限行后的排放清单,对比执行限行措施前后限行区内机动车尾气的排放量和空间分布,得出结论:常态化尾号限行期间,限行区内机动车尾气CO、HC、NO_x、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)和SO_2的年排放量分别为21 177.39,4 539.84,8 159.60,212.27,235.08,8.97 t;重污染天气下,执行单双号限行措施每天可减少限行区内机动车排放上述污染物的量分别为36.27,5.92,8.20,0.24,0.26,0.01 t,削减率分别为62.69%、47.69%、36.78%、40.59%、40.57%、33.00%;空间上,城关区中西部、七里河区北部、安宁区中部以及西固区中部区域减排效果最明显。 In this paper, the 2016 Lanzhou road mobile source emission inventory was established by using emission factor method, and the emission inventory of the traffic restriction period was estimated by utilizing GIS and the vehicle speed-flow model. Comparing the emissions and spatial distributions of the vehicle exhaust in the restricted area before and after the implementation of traffic restriction measures, the following conclusions can be drawn: in the period of normal traffic control by plate number, the annual emissions of CO, HC, NOx, PM2.5, PM10, and SO2 in vehicle exhaust in restricted area were 21 177.39, 4 539.84, 8 159.60, 212.27, 235.08, 8.97 t; when the odd-and-even license plate rule was implemented under the heavy pollution weather, the emission of the above-mentioned pollutants in the restricted area was reduced by 36.27, 5.92, 8.20, 0.24, 0.26, 0.01 t daily, with reduction rate of 62.69%, 47.69%, 36.78%, 40.59%, 40.57%, and 33.00%; in terms of spatial distribution, the emission reductions in Midwest Region of Chengguan District, Northern Region of Qilihe District, Central Region of Anning District and the Central Region of Xigu District were significant.
