基于模糊逻辑并联混合动力汽车控制策略研究 被引量:7

Research on Control Strategy of Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle Based on Fuzzy Logic

摘要 针对逻辑门限控制策略存在的问题研究智能能量管理策略及其优化控制.以某轿车为原型,建立整车模糊逻辑控制策略模型,通过在线实时感知负载载荷与动力电池SOC值,控制发动机最优工作点与电机的输出转矩,并在7次UDDS循环工况下进行仿真研究,结果显示,相比逻辑门限策略,发动机效率提高3.3%,油耗减少0.68L/100km,总传动效率提高0.3%.为了进一步寻求全局最优控制,基于多目标优化算法对模糊逻辑控制策略进行优化,结果显示:油耗进一步减少0.24L/100km,HC减少0.012g/km,CO减少0.061g/km,NO_x减少0.008g/km,验证了模糊逻辑控制策略的优越性和优化算法的有效性. The intelligent energy management strategy and its optimal control were proposed to solve the problem of the limited effect of the logic threshold energy management strategy for the parallel hybrid electric vehicle.Taking a car as the prototype,the fuzzy logic control strategy model of the whole vehicle was built.The torque of the engine and optimal working point of the motor were controlled by on-line real-time perception of load and the SOC value of the power battery.The simulation study was carried out in condition of 7 UDDS cycle.The results show that the engine efficiency is improved by 3.3%,fuel consumption is reduced by 0.68 L/100 km and total transmission efficiency is increased by 0.3% compare with the logic threshold strategy.In order to reach the further goal of global optimal control,the paper optimizes the fuzzy logic control strategy based on the multi-objective optimization algorithm.The optimization results show that the fuel consumption is further reduced by 0.24 L/100 km,HC is decreased by 0.012 g/km,CO is decreased by 0.061 g/km,NOxis reduced by 0.008 g/km,which verifies the superiority of fuzzy logic control strategy and the effectiveness of optimization algorithm.
