高铁预应力钢筋混凝土简支箱梁减振措施分析

摘要 选取高铁32m跨预应力钢筋混凝土简支箱梁为研究对象,采用数值方法,将模态分析结果与现有实测资料比较,验证模型的合理性,在此基础上分析了箱梁因腔室变化及在结构不同位置设置加劲肋时对箱梁振动的影响.研究结果表明:采用单箱双室结构及在箱梁底板设置纵向加劲肋能明显降低箱梁振动,减振效果明显;设置腹板纵向加劲肋时能够一定程度上减小结构振动,但降幅有限,减振效果不明显;设置底板横向加劲肋、顶板横向加劲肋及腹板横向加劲肋时,均不能显著降低结构振动,不建议作为结构减振措施;设置顶板纵向加劲肋时,结构振动增强,在结构设计中应避免. A 32m simply supported pre-stressed reinforced concrete box girder at high-speed railway was selected to analyze the influence of changing chambers and setting stiffeners at different location on vibration by numerical methods.The rationality of the model was validated by comparing modal analysis results with observed data of existing.The results show that the vibration of box girder are decreased obviously if setting longitudinal stiffeners in bottom floor or using double room in a single box;the structural vibration of box girder can be reduced to a certain extent when setting longitudinal stiffener in the web,but the decreasing amplitude is limited,the effect of vibration reducing is inconspicuous;when setting lateral stiffeners in bottom floor,roof or web,the structural vibration can not be significantly reduced,which are not recommended as design measures for vibration reduction;when setting longitudinal stiffeners in roof,the structural vibration are increased,which should be avoided in structural design.
