早期加强中医康复治疗对脑卒中患者预后的影响

The Influence of Strengthening Early Rehabilitation Therapy of TCM on the Prognosis of Stroke Patients

目的:观察早期加强中医康复治疗对脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法:选取本院2014年8月至2017年5月收治的脑卒中患者84例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组42例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上予以早期加强中医康复治疗。结果:试验组治疗后Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);试验组治疗后MAS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);试验组并发症发生率为4. 76%,对照组并发症发生率为30. 95%,两组并发症发生率比较,试验组低于对照组(χ2=9. 820 3,P=0. 001 7)。结论:早期加强中医康复治疗可显著提高脑卒中患者的运动功能和生存质量,降低并发症发生率,改善预后。

Objective: To observe the influence of strengthening early rehabilitation therapy of TCM on the prognosis of stroke patients. Methods: Eighty-four stroke patients admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to May 2017 were selected as observation objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment,while ones in the experimental group were given early rehabilitation treatment of TCM on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Results: After the treatment,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). MAS score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4. 76%,and that in the control group was30. 95%. Compared with the control group,the experimental group was lower( χ2= 9. 820 3,P = 0. 001 7). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation therapy of TCM can significantly improve the motor function and quality of life of stroke patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis.
