益气通络解毒方联合TP方案化疗治疗痰气交阻型中晚期食管癌

Clinical Observation of YQTLJDD combined with TP Regimen in the Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer of Phlegm-Qi Stagnation Type

目的:观察益气通络解毒方联合TP方案化疗治疗痰气交阻型中晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法:选取2017年4月至2017年12月在郑州大学附属肿瘤医院中西医结合病区和消化内科住院治疗的痰气交阻型中晚期食管癌患者78例,随机分为治疗组38例和对照组40例。对照组给予TP方案化疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气通络解毒方治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候积分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01);治疗两个周期后,两组KPS评分比较,差异具有统计学意义,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组不良反应发生率优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组缓解率和有效率均高于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:益气通络解毒方在中晚期食管癌治疗中具有一定的解毒增效作用。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongluo Jiedu Decoction( YQTLJDD) combined with TP regimen in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer of phlegm-qi stagnation type. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with advanced esophageal cancer of phlegm-qi stagnation type treated in in-patient treatment of integrative Chinese and Western medicine ward and Department of digestive medicine in Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from April 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group with 38 cases and the control group with 40 cases. The ones in the control group were given TP regimen chemotherapy,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with YQTLJDD on the basis of the control group. Results: After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). After two courses of treatment,the KPS scores in the two groups had statistical significance. The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The remission rate and stability rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion:YQTLJDD has a certain effect of detoxification and synergism in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.
