五神汤加减熏洗治疗创伤难治性小腿溃疡临床观察

Clinical Observation of Wushen Decoction for Local Syndrome Differentiation Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of Traumatic Refractory Crus Ulcer

目的:观察五神汤加减熏洗治疗创伤难治性小腿溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年1月到2017年12月河南中医药大学第三附属医院治疗的外伤后导致小腿难治性溃疡患者5例,所有患者采用五神汤加减熏洗治疗。结果:经过治疗,显效4例,有效1例,无效0例,总有效率100%,显效率80%。结论:五神汤加减熏洗治疗创伤难治性小腿溃疡临床疗效显著,能缩短溃疡愈合时间。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Wushen Decoction( WSD) on traumatic refractory leg ulcer. Methods: Five patients with refractory leg ulcer treated in the Third Hospital Attached to Henan University of TCM from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and treated with WSD for local syndrome differentiation fumigation and washing. Results: After the treatment,4 cases were markedly effective,one case was effective and 0 cases was ineffective. The total effective rate was 100%,and the marked effective rate was 80%. Conclusion: WSD for local syndrome differentiation fumigation and washing has a remarkable clinical curative effect on traumatic refractory leg ulcer,can shorten the healing time of ulcer.
