虚挂法治疗高位肛瘘临床研究

The Clinical Research into High anal Fistula Treated with Suspension Therapy

目的:虚挂法治疗高位肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年1月至2018年5月在本院肛肠科初次住院治疗的高位肛瘘患者27例,随机分为试验组13例和对照组14例。试验组给予虚挂法治疗,对照组给予中医传统挂线法治疗。结果:试验组痊愈12例,有效1例,无效0例,痊愈率为92. 31%,对照组痊愈13例,有效1例,无效0例,痊愈率为92. 86%,两组痊愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);试验组治疗后Wexner评分、疼痛评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组术后愈合时间比较,试验组优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:虚挂法治疗高位肛瘘疗效与中医传统挂线法相当,能改善患者术后疼痛,提高疗效,缩短病程。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of virtual hanging method on high anal fistula. Methods: Twenty-seven patients with high anal fistula who were hospitalized for the first time from January 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group with 13 cases and the control group with 14 cases. The ones in the experimental group were treated with suspension therapy,while the ones in the control group were treated with TCM suspension therapy. Results: In the experimental group,12 cases were cured,one case was effective,0 case was ineffective,and the recovery rate was 92. 31%. In the control group,13 cases were cured,one case was effective and 0 case was ineffective. The recovery rate was 92. 86%. There was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After the treatment,Wexner score and pain score in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The healing time of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups( P >0. 05). Conclusion: Suspension therapy is as effective as TCM suspension therapy in treating high anal fistula,can improve the pain of patients after operation,enhance the curative effect and shorten the course of disease.
