针药结合对冻融胚胎移植中形成的宫腔积液的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨针药结合对冻融胚胎移植中形成宫腔积液的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年5月在南阳市第一人民医院生殖中心实施冻融胚胎移植周期中阴道B超诊断为宫腔积液的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。移植日前1天,对照组在阴道B超引导下行宫腔积液抽吸术,治疗组给予针药结合治疗至移植日前1天。结果:治疗组宫腔积液发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组患者移植取消7例,对照组患者移植取消13例,治疗组临床妊娠率优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:针药结合治疗可明显减少患者宫腔积液发生率,较单纯抽吸法有一定优势。 Objective: To observe the influence of combination of acupuncture and medicine on uterine effusion in freeze-thaw embryo transfer. Methods: Sixty patients with uterine effusion diagnosed by vaginal B-ultrasonography during the period of frozenthawed embryo transfer in the reproductive center of Nanyang First People’ s Hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. One day before transplantation,the control group underwent hysterocele aspiration guided by vaginal B-mode ultrasound,while the treatment group was treated with combination of acupuncture and medicine until one day before transplantation. Results: The incidence of uterine effusion in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). There were 7 cases of cancelled transplantation in the treatment group and 13 cases of cancelled transplantation in the control group. The clinical pregnancy rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Combination of acupuncture and medicine can significantly reduce the incidence of uterine effusion in patients,compared with simple aspiration,the method has certain advantages.
