赖氏“通元针法”治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎30例

Thirty Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Syndrome of Dampness and Heat and Blood Stasis Treated with Lai's "Tongyuan Needling Method"

目的:观察赖氏"通元针法"治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用妇科千金片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合赖氏"通元针法"治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)及行为疼痛测定表(BRS-6)评分。结果:治疗组有效率为86. 67%,对照组有效率为76. 67%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分、BRS-6评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:赖氏"通元针法"治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结证疗效确切,可改善患者的临床症状。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Lai’s " Tongyuan needling method" on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease( CPID) with syndrome of dampness and heat and blood stasis. Methods: Sixty patients with( CPID) were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with Gynecological Qianjin Tablet( GQJT),while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Lai’ s " Tongyuan needling method" on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed and the scores of visual analogue pain( VAS) and behavioral pain scale( BRS-6) were compared before and after the treatment. Results: The effective rate was 86. 67%in the treatment group and 76. 67% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05).After the treatment,the VAS score and BRS-6 score of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Lai’ s "Tongyuan needling method" has a remarkable clinical curative effect on CPID) with syndrome of dampness and heat and blood stasis,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
