综合康复训练治疗唐氏综合征临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training's Efficacy on Down's Syndrome

目的:观察综合康复训练治疗唐氏综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院儿童福利院康复门诊部2015年8月至2016年7月治疗的唐氏综合征患儿32例,所有患儿均给予综合康复训练治疗,综合康复训练方法包括运动疗法、推拿按摩、作业疗法、头皮针、理疗等,治疗周期为1年,治疗前后均采用粗大运动功能评定量表(gross motorfunctional measure,GMFM)、Peabody精细运动发育评估量表(fine motor functionin Peabody Developmental Motor Scale,PDMS-FM)、格塞尔发育诊断量表(gesell developmental diagnostic scale,GDDS)分别进行粗大运动功能、精细运动功能及智力评估。结果:治疗后,患儿GMFM总百分率、PDMS-FM评分及智力发育商数均明显优于治疗前(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义。结论:综合康复训练可明显改善唐氏综合征患儿的粗大运动功能、精细运动功能及智力水平。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on Down’ s syndrome. Methods: Thirty-two children with Down’s syndrome were selected from the Department of Rehabilitation Clinic of Children Welfare Institute of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from August 2015 to July 2016. All the children were given comprehensive rehabilitation training,including exercise therapy,massage,task therapy,scalp needle,physiotherapy and so on. The treatment course lasted for one year. Gross Motor Function Measure( GMFM),Peabody Fine Motor Function in Peabody Development Motor Scale( PDMS-FM) and Gesell Development Diagnostic Scale( GDDS) were used to perform gross motor function,fine motor function and intelligence assessment before and after treatment. Results: After the treatment,the total percentage of GMFM,PDMS-FM score and intelligence development quotient were significantly better than those before the treatment( P < 0. 05),and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation training can significantly improve the gross motor function,fine motor function and intelligence level of children with Down’s syndrome.
