地沟油用作钻井堵漏浆的体系研究

Study on the Drilling Plugging Slurry System Prepared From Swill-cooked Dirty Oil

油基钻井液被广泛应用于页岩气的钻探作业中,针对页岩地层井壁稳定性差、易漏失的特点,利用地沟油中含有的大量的酯类有机物,研究了一种以地沟油为基油新型的以堵漏浆体系。该堵漏浆主要是利用地沟油中含有的酯类与筛选出的适合堵漏作业的强碱性材料反应生成的皂碱,封堵漏失地层。通过调节激活剂(ACT)溶液的浓度,从而控制堵漏浆体系的稠化时间,来满足不同井深漏失封堵的需求。地沟油属于可再生资源,将地沟油资源化开发地沟油在石油工业的新用途,可以减少地沟油对社会的危害。

Oil based drilling fluid is widely used in the drilling process of shale gas. According to the characteristics of shale wellbore including poor stability and easy leakage, a new type of plugging slurry system using swill-cooked dirty oil as base oil has been developed. The plugging slurry is used to seal the leakage formation by the soap base generated by the reaction of the grease and the alkali. Adjusting the concentration of activator (ACT) solution can control the thickening time of the slurry to meet the needs of different well depth.
