摘要 GIS设备内部气体泄漏会严重影响设备的安全运行,受其结构的限制,GIS罐体及法兰处泄漏点的查找一直困扰着设备运维人员。传统的化学、光学检测手段存在操作不便、受环境光影响大等弊端。研究了一种新型GIS专用泄漏感知涂料的变色原理和制备工艺,该涂料通过涂刷在GIS罐体表面或法兰连接处,当涂覆处发生气体泄漏时,该涂料可与泄漏气体中的部分物质发生化学反应,生成新颜色的物质。GIS设备在长期运行时,运维人员可通过涂料颜色的变化来判断是否存在泄漏及定位泄漏点的位置。现场实验结果表明该涂料具有变色迅速、变色效果明显,保持时间长等特点,并且其涂覆性能好、防水性能好,无异味、对金属构件没有腐蚀,从而为GIS设备气体泄漏的及时检测提供了理论和实践依据。 Gas leakage in GIS equipment will seriously affect the safe operation of the equipment.Due to the limitation of its structure,the search for leak points in the GIS tank and flange has been plagued by equipment operation and maintenance personnel.Traditional chemical and optical detection methods have many disadvantages,such as inconvenient operation and great influence of ambient light.In this paper,the discoloration principle and preparation process of a new GIS specific leak sensing coating were studied.When gas leak occurs at the coating site,the coating chemically reacts with some substances in the leaking gas to generate a new color.When GIS equipment is running for a long time,operation and maintenance personnel can judge whether there is leakage and locate the location of leakage point by the change of paint color.The field experiment results show that the coating has the characteristics of rapid discoloration,obvious discoloration effect and long retention time;and its coating performance is good,and it has advantages of waterproofing,odor-free and no corrosion to metal components.This paper provides a theoretical and practical basis for the timely detection of gas leaks in GIS equipment.
