摘要
针对饮用水中增塑剂污染,结合当前的检测技术,提出一种基于色相谱的痕量邻苯二甲酸酯类有毒物质检测方法。对色相谱试验条件进行筛选,设定流动相主要为甲醇∶水=98∶2,温度为30℃,进样量为20μL/mg,流速为1 mL/min,DEHP检测波长为274 nm为最优色谱条件。试验结果表明,在测定的样品水样中,DEHP的浓度为0.016 mg/L,超出标准值,说明在区域的饮用水需加强增塑剂监测。
In view of the importance of environmental pollution control and the harm caused by plasticizer pollution in drinking water, a method based on chromatographic spectrum was proposed for the determination of trace phthalate esters. In this method, the chromatographic conditions were screened firstly. The mobile phase was methanol: water = 98:2, the temperature was set at 30 ℃, the injection volume was 20 uL/mg, the flow rate was 1 mL/min, and the detection wavelength of DEHP was set at 274 nm. The results showed that the concentration of DEHP was 0.016 mg/L, which exceeded the standard value, so the monitoring of plasticizers should be strengthened in drinking water in the region.
