ICP-MS测定龟甲胶和鹿角胶中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn等8种微量元素的含量 被引量:13

Determination of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Other Eight Trace Elements in Tortoise-shell Glue and Antler Glue by ICP-MS

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测龟甲胶和鹿角胶中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn等八种微量元素含量的方法,为龟甲胶、鹿角胶质量评价提供参考。方法龟甲胶、鹿角胶样品经微波消解后采用ICP-MS定量检测龟甲胶和鹿角胶中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu、Sr、Se八种微量元素。结果8种元素加标回收率(n=6)为88.89%~105.31%,检测限较低,RSD均小于6.0%。该法快速、准确,可用于龟甲胶和鹿角胶中Ca、Mg等微量元素的含量测定。结论龟甲胶的Zn/Cu比值小于鹿角胶,鹿角胶的钙元素含量高于龟甲胶,龟甲胶的Mg元素含量明显高于鹿角胶,与鹿角胶长于补阳虚、益精养血止血,龟甲胶长于滋阴、养血的中医功效理论相一致。因此,龟甲胶和鹿角胶中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn等微量元素的含量对其质量有一定的影响作用。 Objective Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS )is used to detect the contents of eight trace elements,such as Ca,Mg,Fe,and Zn in tortoise-sell glue and antler glue,and to provide reference for the quality evaluation of tortoise-sell glue and antler glue.Methods The sample of tortoisesell glue and antler glue are treated by microwave,and the ICP-MS is used to quantitative detection of Ca,Mg, Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Sr and Se.Results The recovery rate (n =6)of their eight elements is 88.89%-105.31%, the detection limit is low,and the RSD are less than 6.0%.The method is fast and accurate and can be used for determination of trace elements such as calcium,magnesium in tortoise-sell glue and antler glue.Conclusion The Zn/Cu ratio of tortoise-shell glue is less than the antler glue,while the Ca,Mg content of the antler glue is higher than the tortoise-shell glue,the content of the magnesium element in tortoise-shell glue is obviously higher than that of the antler glue.It is consistent with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine effect that antler glue is good at nourishing Yang deficiency,blood raising and hemostasis,while tortoise shell glue is good at nourishing Yin and nourishing blood.Therefore,the contents of trace elements such as Ca,Mg,Fe,and Zn in tortoise-shell glue and antler gum have certain effects on their quality.
