胃动颗粒提取工艺考察及优化研究

Optimization of Extraction Technology for Weidong Granula

目的研究胃动颗粒的提取工艺并进行优化。方法采用回流提取方式,以乙醇为溶媒,和厚朴酚、厚朴酚及橙皮苷为指标分别利用正交试验法及单因素试验法考察胃动颗粒的提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇8倍量、6倍量、6倍量,加热回流提取3次,每次提取1.5、1、1 h,提取液滤过,合并滤液,70～80℃浓缩,浓缩液在70～80℃下浓缩成干浸膏,即得。结论优化后的胃动颗粒提取工艺方法简单、重现性良好、准确可靠,优化后的提取工艺有效成分损失最少,并尽量保留了该处方中的有效成分。

Objective To optimize the extraction method for Weidong granula.Methods The extraction method for Weidong granula is used reflux extraction,and the ethanol as the solvent.The content of honokiol, magnolol and hesperidin in the Weidong granula as the index for orthogonal test and single factor test.Results The best extraction technology for the Weidong granula is heating reflux extraction 3 times,each extraction is added with 8 times,6 times,6 times 70% ethanol,and each time to extract 1.5,1,1h.The extraction is filtrated, and concentrated the extraction at 70-80℃.The concentrated solution concentrate into dry extract under 70~ 80℃.Conclusion The optimized extraction method for Weidong granule is simple,reproducible,accurate and reliable.The optimized extraction process have the least loss of the active ingredients and keep the active ingredients in the prescription.
