血府逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Supplemented Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction for Treating Chronic Heart Failure

目的系统评价血府逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法计算机检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、EMbase、CNKI、CBM、VIP、WANFANG,检索所有关于血府逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性心衰的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial, RCT),并追索纳入研究的参考文献,采用RevMan5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果 Meta分析结果显示,血府逐瘀汤加减方联合西药常规治疗可提高治疗的总有效率[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.18,1.32)],增加射血分数[MD=10.51,95%CI(9.08,11.94],增加每搏输出量[MD=13.59,95%CI(10.48,16.70)]。结论目前现有证据支持血府逐瘀汤加减联合西药常规治疗慢性心力衰竭优于单纯西药常规治疗,仍需开展多中心、大样本、高质量的RCT进行验证。

Objective To systematically assess the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods Searching PubMed,the Cochrane Library,EMbase,CNKI,CBM, VIP and WANFANG to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs)and cross-over studies about supplemented Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Meta-analysis is performed by RevMan5.3 software.Results The results of Meta-analysis show that,as compared with western medicine alone,applying Xuefu Zhuyu decoction based on the western medicine can improve the total effective rate of the treatment, [RR=1.25,95%CI(1.18,1.32)],with increased ejection fraction,[MD=10.51,95%CI (9.08,11.94)],increas stroke volume[MD=13.59,95%CI (10.48,16.70)].Conclusion Current evidences support that applying supplemented Xuefu Zhuyu decoction base on western medicine for chronic heart failure is better than routine treatment.Nevertheless,more RCTs with multi-center,a large sample size and high quality sample are sill required to verify the efficacy.
