百子莲花朵包埋干燥护形研究 被引量:4

摘要 以开放度一致的百子莲花朵为试验材料,采用硅胶粉干燥剂包埋后,分别使用微波炉和烘箱对花材进行干燥处理,探究了烘干时间与温度对百子莲花朵干燥效果的影响。结果表明:烘干时间与温度对百子莲的干燥护形具有决定性作用。其中,采用微波炉加热30 s、间歇20 min、重复操作2次的干燥模式,花材干燥后能保持原色;采用微波炉加热30 s、间歇30 min、重复操作2次的干燥模式,花材固型效果最好,且花色与原色接近,感官效果最佳;采用60℃烘箱加热1 h、间歇30 min、重复操作4次的干燥模式,花材固型效果最好,花色较鲜花略深,感官效果最佳。与微波炉干燥处理相比,烘箱干燥处理的百子莲花朵固型效果更佳,但所需干燥时间较长。 Agapanthus praecox flowers with the same opening degree were embedded with the silica gel powder,then they were dried in microwave oven and oven,respectively.The effects of drying time and temperature on drying flowers were studied.The results showed that drying time and temperature played decisive roles in drying and shape-keeping of A.praecox flowers.The dry flower could keep the original color by heating for 30s and stop for 20min,repeating twice in microwave oven.The shape-keeping and sensory effects were the best,and the color was close to the origin by heating for 30s and stop for 30min,repeating twice in microwave oven.The shape-keeping and sensory effects were the best,and the color was a bit too dark by heating for 1h at 60℃ and stop for 30min,repeating four times in oven.Compared with drying in microwave oven,the shape-keeping effect was better in oven,but longer time was needed.
