摘要
为了给西瓜生产上合理使用沼液提供科学依据,采用直播栽培法,以清水处理为对照,沼液使用浓度设40%、50%、60%和100%计4个处理,研究了不同浓度沼液浸种和叶面喷施对西瓜萌发、农艺性状和品质的影响。结果表明:与清水处理相比,不同浓度的沼液浸种均可提高西瓜种子的发芽率和成苗率,其中,40%沼液浸种24 h处理的西瓜种子发芽率和成苗率均为最高;叶面喷施不同浓度的沼液均可提高西瓜的农艺性状、经济效益和品质,其中,喷施50%沼液处理的西瓜农艺性状、经济效益和品质均为最好。沼液是一种安全、高效、长效肥料,在武汉地区西瓜上应用效果显著,可以在当地大面积推广。
For the purpose of providing scientific reference for using biogas slurry in the production of watermelon appropriately,by direct sowing culture,taking water as control,the concentrations of biogas slurry were set as 40%,50%,60% and 100%,the effects of soaking seed with biogas slurry and foliar spraying it on the germination, agronomic traits and quality of watermelon were studied. The results showed that biogas slurry could increase the germination rate and seedling rate. When seeds were soaked with 40% biogas slurry for24 h,the germination rate and seedling rate were all the highest. Foliar spraying biogas slurry could improve the agronomic traits,quality and economic benefit,which were the highest with the treatment of 50% biogas slurry. Biogas slurry is a kind of safe,high efficiency and controlled availability fertilizer, it had remarkable effect on watermelon,and could be popularized in a large area in Wuhan.
