超低温环境下锚固区锚垫板传力性能分析

摘要 主要研究天然气储存罐在超低温环境下混凝土与预应力锚垫板的整体受力性能。采用GB/T 14370—2015《预应力筋用锚具、夹具和连接器》的试验方案,分析循环荷载的次数与塑性变形的关系。采用有限元软件分析试件的变形分布规律,最终得出:随着循环荷载次数的增加,混凝土发生塑性变形。但塑性变形的增量随着循环荷载次数的增加而减少,最终增量会趋于平缓。 This paper mainly studies the overall mechanical behavior of concrete and prestressed anchor slabs for natural gas storage tanks in ultra-low temperature environment. The test scheme according to GB/T 14370-2015 "Anchors, Clamps and Connectors for Prestressed Bars", analyzes the relationship between the number of cyclic load and the plastic deformation. Using the finite element software analyze the deformation distribution rule, and the results show that, with the increasing of the cyclic load number, the plastic deformation is forming, but the increment of the plastic deformation is decreasing with the cyclic load number, and then eventually the increment flattens out.
