Discussion on the Matters Needing Attention in the Construction Stage of Comprehensive Pipe Corridor

当前,全国城市基础设施建设工作倾向于地上地下空间统筹规划,大批综合管廊工程建设项目正处于浪潮之巅。论文依据综合管廊建设的相关政策、法规及设计规范和图集,通过对项目实施过程的经验总结,论述综合管廊工程建设前期、准备阶段、实施阶段、竣工验收等各阶段的相关注意事项及建议,并对建设时序进行分析,旨在改善同类综合管廊建设工程的项目管理模式及投资决策。

At present,the construction of urban infrastructure in China tends to the overall planning of above ground and underground space,and a large number of comprehensive pipe and corridor construction proj ects are at the top of the tide.According to the related policies,laws and regulations,design specifications and atlases of the construction of the integrated pipe gallery,through the summary of the experience of the project implementation process,this paper briefly discusses the matters needing attention in the the early stage,the preparation stage and the implementation stage of the construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery project and the suggestions,analyzes the construction sequence,the aim is to improve the project management mode and investment decision of similar comprehensivepipe galleryconstructionprojects.
