分析了BIM技术具有的过程可视化、沟通能力强等特点,详细探讨了在BIM技术基础上的项目集成化管理模式及组织结构,旨在为建筑工程项目管理提供新的管理方法。
The characteristics of process visualization and strong communication ability of BIM technology are analyzed, and the integrated project management mode and organizational structure based on BIM technology are discussed in detail, so as to provide new management methods for construction project management.
