基于冲击弹性波的预应力孔道压浆饱满度检测方法及适用范围研究 被引量:5

摘要 弹性冲击波的基本性质与超声波类似,但是具有能量大的特点,因而特别适用于频谱分析,在土木检测工程中得到了越来越广泛的应用。针对预应力孔道压浆饱满度检测,可以在预应力混凝土梁侧壁进行逐点检测,也可以在预应力混凝土梁的端头对整个孔道压浆密实状况进行定性检测,并通过数据处理,进行定量化分析研究。论文对基于冲击弹性波的预应力孔道压浆饱满度检测方法及其适用范围进行了研究。 The basic properties of impact elastic wave are similar to those of ultrasonic wave,but its energy is large and suitable for spectrum analysis.Therefore,it has been more and more widelyused in test engineering of civil engineering.For the detection of the grouting fullness of the prestressed concrete channel,point-by-point detection can be conducted on the side wall of the prestressed concrete beam,and qualitative detection can be conducted on the grouting density of the entire channel at the end of the prestressed concrete beam,and quantitative analysis and research can be carried out through data processing.In this paper,the test method and application range of grouting plumpness ofprestressedholes based on impact elastic wave are studied.
